Company m-tec CZ has been dealing with the production of silos and vessels from its foundation in year 1993, when transport silos for dry construction mixtures were the base of almost exclusive production program of the company. During years product portfolio had extended by all types of mostly used silos, containers and bins to pressure vessels and pipe exchangers. Nowadays we produce all products in standard size lines or according to special requests of the customers in different design, like conical or square shape, single- or double-shell, no pressure or pressure, horizontal or vertical design.
For individual projects we manage complete supplies including design and manufacturing documentation, static calculations, production, transport, assembly and set-up to operation. From material point we offer products from carbon steel (S 235 JR, S 355 JR) or stainless (1.4301, 1.4307 etc.). According to technical needs and requirements is possible to combine also another special materials (i.e. Hardox, aluminium, plastics).
Equipment of storage systems is given by kind of operation and idea of the customer about user comfort. As the standard matter we supply following elements of silo accessories:
